BLOOD TUBE ARRANGING MACHINE
Blood tubes can never be used directly as they come out of injection molding. First, they must go through several disinfection processes, and preliminary preparation must be carried out with special solutions.
For this reason, in order to perform the processes mentioned above, the tubes coming out of injection must be fed into shaped molds called racks.
The Rack Filling System / Blood Tube Arranging System is a system that enables 200 blood tubes per minute to be placed into racks and represents the first stage of the blood tube production line.
Our company will soon complete its work on this system as a TÜBİTAK project and will present the blood tube assembly system to its customers as soon as possible.
