Drain Pump Production and Test Automation

The pump assembly line used in white goods manufacturing is an important assembly machine automation system that enables pump components to be brought together in the correct sequence and with high precision. Rosan Automation has developed a pump assembly line automation system that allows the parts on the production line to be fed automatically or semi-automatically into the line, positioned correctly, and assembled according to the defined process sequence. Special Assembly Machine for Motor Magnet Arrangement and Magnetization

This special assembly machine used in motor production lines is an automation system that enables magnets to be placed with high precision into the magnet slots located inside the rotor core.
In the rotor cores automatically fed into the system, magnets prepared in advance are placed with 0.1 mm precision into the 8 magnet slots located in the rotor core. After the assembly process is completed, the rotors are automatically transferred to the motor assembly line where other assembly machines operate.
The magnet stones to be used in the rotor core are magnetized by applying a voltage of 30,000 V. The magnetized magnets are shaped into a form suitable for the rotor core through a specially designed transfer system and are combined with the rotor within this special assembly machine.
Thanks to this system, the assembly machines used in motor production provide high precision and production repeatability, thereby increasing production quality.

Stator Loading System – Special Assembly Machine Feeding

This assembly machine developed for wound stator loading is an automation system that enables stator core packages to be automatically fed into the assembly line.
Stator core packages consist of laminations with a thickness of 0.5 mm and are stored on standard Europallets. The system takes these stator packages at certain intervals and automatically feeds them to the transfer carts on the assembly line.
The stators on the pallet are transferred to the pallet conveyor in a 7x11 arrangement by means of a specially designed magnetic holder system. The stators taken onto the conveyor line go through orientation separation processes and then traceability is ensured with a laser QR code printing system.
In the final stage, the stators are automatically fed one by one to the winding assembly line. This special assembly machine is an important automation solution that provides high efficiency and regular part flow in production lines.

Special Assembly Machine for Yogurt Maker Sheet Ear Bending Process

The special assembly machine developed for this process has been designed to provide uninterrupted operation on two different fixtures thanks to a servo-controlled automatic bridge mechanism.
In the system, while semi-automatic loading and unloading operations are performed by the operator on one fixture, the assembly process is automatically completed on the other fixture. Thanks to this structure, time loss in the production line is reduced and production efficiency is increased.
The assembled part is an outer body cover manufactured from 0.4 mm stainless steel sheet. The part is placed into the fixture by the operator in accordance with the ear positions on the plastic main base.
After the operator withdraws their hands from the machine, the light barriers in the system automatically send a signal and the servo-controlled bridge mechanism brings the processing unit onto the relevant fixture. Then the ear bending operations on the upper, lower, and side surfaces are carried out with high precision by this special assembly machine.
