Rosan Otomasyon is an engineering-oriented company that develops special assembly machines and production automation systems for different industrial manufacturing fields. Since its establishment, it has been providing customized solutions to its customers in order to make production processes more efficient, controlled, and sustainable. In cases where standard machines are often not sufficient in industrial manufacturing, special assembly machines designed according to product and process requirements increase production capacity while also ensuring quality standards. At this point, Rosan Otomasyon develops engineering-based solutions by analyzing each project specifically for the customer’s production line. The developed systems are designed by considering target production capacity, process flow, quality control requirements, and operator ergonomics. The designed assembly machines are capable of integrating different production processes such as screwdriving, pressing, dosing, part feeding, camera-based quality control, and testing systems within a single automation system.
