Our R&D / Product Development Approach
R&D and product development activities at Rosan Otomasyon aim not only to ensure that the developed machine systems operate, but also to add real value to production processes. Each project is handled with an engineering-based approach by taking into account the product structure, assembly steps, production capacity, and quality requirements.
The aim during the development process is not only to produce a machine, but to create systems that provide efficiency throughout the entire production line and can operate stably for a long time. For this reason, all stages from the design phase to the commissioning process are supported by detailed analysis and testing processes.

Design and Engineering Studies

Our R&D activities are based on mechanical design and systems engineering. In the machine systems developed, the most suitable mechanical structure is created by considering the requirements of the product structure and the production process. In this process; analysis of assembly operations, determination of appropriate mechanical systems, part feeding and positioning solutions, modular machine design, and similar engineering activities are carried out. The aim is to develop reliable machine systems that can be easily integrated into the production line and can operate without problems for a long time.
Automation and Control Systems
In the machine systems developed, the automation infrastructure is one of the most critical components of the production process. For this reason, automation architecture and control systems are also addressed in detail within R&D studies. Thanks to the automation solutions used; assembly operations are precisely controlled, the production process can be continuously monitored, and quality control steps can be verified within the system. This approach increases efficiency in production lines and ensures that quality standards are sustainably maintained.

Prototype and Validation Processes

The systems developed during the R&D process are subjected to comprehensive testing stages before being put into the production environment. In this process, all functions of the machine are checked and its suitability for production conditions is verified. Thanks to testing and validation studies, the systems’; stable operating performance, production capacity, and process accuracy criteria are evaluated. This approach reduces the risks that customers may encounter in their production lines while enabling the provision of more reliable automation solutions.
Continuous Development
Rosan Otomasyon’s R&D activities are not limited only to developing new systems. Continuous improvement studies are also carried out in order to improve existing production solutions and make production processes more efficient. Thanks to these studies, innovative and sustainable machine solutions suitable for the production needs of different sectors are developed.
